Restorative Colour & Sound Healing

This yoga-based workshop weaves together the magic of sound and the vibrant colours of Aura-Soma, within the stillness of sacred space. Come and be entranced with chimes, singing bowls, and a gong. Drink your fill of vibrant living colours through Aura-Soma pomanders and equilibrium. Feel the resonance of sound and colour in your body, as you are gently guided to rest and let go into deep, restorative yoga postures. Play with your breath. Explore movement and stillness within community. Allan and Daksha are really thrilled to share this experience with you.
