Yoga Brunch

Welcome in the day with a morning of dynamic yoga flow (Suitable for all levels) led by Laura McCrimmon. Followed by a delicious multi course, sit- down Brunch cooked by Sara Kindness.

Winter Warming Flow

Prepare to feel warm and snuggly after an all-levels Yoga practice that will leave you feeling full of L O V E. Winter with all its festivities gives us time to enjoy the fruits of a year full of hard work, highs and lows. This practice will be a little gift to yourself, giving you time to steep in abundance. Expect there to be plenty of beautiful heart opening postures finished off with some yummy seated and reclined poses preparing you for a DELICIOUS and well-earned brunch.

We are lucky enough to welcome the lovely Sara Kindness back for this season's Yoga Brunch. After a grounding yoga practice sit down to a beautifully presented, wholesome brunch. Sara will treat you to a vibrant seasonal, menu around a beautifully decorated long table.
