Nick Coetzer has been a chef with over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry working in the UK, South Africa and Australia. Nick currently heads up the kitchen at Drumtochty Castle.
‘’I’m looking forward to the challenge of cooking a solely vegan menu, I’ve catered a few restaurant pop-up nights before where often meat is the main ingredient I’ve worked around, this time vegetables will take centre stage and I’ll get a chance to show off some of our great local produce.’’
