Join us for an afternoon of Tai Chi. Relax, balance and focus your mind during the 2 hour taster session. The class will be let by Jane Innes from Tai Chi Aberdenshire and Matthew Knight from RuYi School. They have both practiced for years & continue to train with Chinese master, Chen Lisheng.
The ancient practices of Tai Chi & Qigong combine movement and breathing promoting harmony of body and mind. As a form of meditation or "mindful movement" these "internal arts" help relax mind and body and alleviate stress. Muscle strength is improved as well as flexibility, balance & alignment.
